Melissa Devore is the Executive Vice President with Amici Cellars. With extensive experience in strategic leadership, sales, supplier relationships, and customer service, she works alongside winery proprietors Bob Shepard and John Harris to oversee all aspects of the winery’s operations.
Jeff Erickson, ARM, is President of ISU Sander, Jacobs, Insurance Services in Napa, California. He works with wine industry clients to identify their areas of exposure and then crafts an insurance and risk management program to protect them. He has 25 years of insurance industry experience in underwriting, management, and brokerage roles.

Teresa Marks is the Acting Director of the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR). is currently the Acting Director of the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR). She was appointed chief deputy director at the DPR on June 24, 2016. Prior to joining DPR, she served as principal advisor to the administrator for unconventional oil and gas at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 2015 to 2016 and director at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality from 2007 to 2014.
Andrew Mazotti serves as the Director for Zapolski Real Estate LLC. He is responsible for managing the firm's investment activity and oversees acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, joint-venture structuring, and debt and equity financing for the company.
