William Bogot, Program Co-Chair, is a partner with Fox Rothschild LLP. He represents clients in highly regulated industries, particularly gaming and cannabis. He has worked for all three branches of the Illinois government: the executive, legislative and judiciary. However, Bill represents clients nationwide, both in regulatory matters and civil litigation.
Robert A. Hendricks, Program Co-Chair, Senior Counsel with Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has 35 years of experience working with businesses on entity formation, real estate, tax planning, and commercial contracting. Over the last seven years, Bob has developed a prominent cannabis practice based on Michigan’s medical and recreational cannabis laws.
Pamela J. Althoff, Board Member, has served on the McHenry County Board representing District 4 since being elected in November 2018. Prior to her role on the McHenry County Board, Althoff represented McHenry and Lake County residents at the state level serving as State Senator for the 32nd District from March 2003 to October 2018.

Kalee Hooghkirk is the Founder and President of Midwest Hemp Coalition. She also serves as Chief Executive Officer, owner and founder of Full Spektrum Services LLC. She has designed and developed wellness programs that customize treatments for qualified patients approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Jacqueline Langwith joined the Cannabis Attorneys of Michigan in May 2017 and was named a Partner a year later. She currently heads up the MMFLA state licensing division for the Firm. She previously served as an officer in the United States Army Reserve, and a research analyst for the Michigan Legislative Service Bureau for fourteen years.
