Eric J. Neal, Program Co-Chair, is a shareholder with Lether Law Group. His practice primarily involves complex coverage and bad faith litigation involving multiple coverage lines, including commercial, personal, professional, municipal, and reinsurance.

Mike Kreidler serves as Washington State’s 8th Insurance Commissioner. A former member of congress, he was first elected as insurance commissioner in 2000. Since 2007, he has chaired the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Climate Risk & Resilience Work Group. He led a successful push for insurers to disclose if/how they are preparing for the potential risks associated with climate change.
