“If you manage construction work, practice construction law, or are confronted
with matters involving construction law, you cannot afford to miss this conference.
As construction technologies and methods change, laws develop in response.
Learn how LEED requirements create liabilities which can extend well past
project completion. Gain an understanding of the impacts of the increasing use
of electronic technologies on contract considerations. Learn recent developments
in Alaska and Federal case law. Find out more about different ways to protect
yourselves from a variety of risks encountered throughout the course of a project.”
