Solar power is on the cusp of becoming a viable, reliable, and cost-efficient form of energy in the Northwest. New products and programs are allowing Oregonians to tap into this resource with greater benefits and results than ever before. Past and pending legislation are adding to the incentives available to solar power users.
If you own property, commercial or residential, or if you represent clients with real estate, or are simply interested in the possibilities of solar power, you should join us at the Second Annual
Solar Power Conference.
Solar Power will be a huge addition to energy generation in the Northwest very soon. Join us to learn about the possibilities, and how to put these possibilities into action.

Christopher Dymond, Program Co-Chair, is a Solar Technical Developer with enXco. He handles the technical issues for development
of solar energy projects for the firm, including the evaluation of sites, equipment choices, design options and efficiency
measures. He previously served as a Senior Energy Analyst with the Oregon Department of Energy.
Todd Grenich, Program Co-Chair, is the founder and Managing Director of Grenich Consulting. He has over 20 years experience
in the utility finance sector. Since 2004, he has focused on working on renewable energy development opportunities, providing financial solutions to complex tax and revenue based project returns.
Jason B. Keyes, Program Co-Chair, co-founder of Keyes & Fox LLP, focuses on regulatory matters related to interconnection of distributed generation, and has participated in interconnection and net metering rulemakings at the utility commissions of more than a dozen states. In addition, he assists clients with construction and power purchase agreements for renewable energy projects.
Andy Noel, Program Chair, is the Regional Manager for REC Solar in Oregon. He is responsible for business development, policy, and general growth in the commercial and government sectors. He has been with REC Solar for two years and comes with seven years of experience marketing green power and carbon mitigation products to commercial customers. In his previous role with Green Mountain Energy, he worked extensively with Portland General Electric and helped build their voluntary Green Power program to #1 in the U.S.
Bruce Barney is Project Manager for the Customer Energy Resources group with Portland General Electric (PGE). The majority of his work consists of managing dispatchable generation projects, but he also manages the net metering program. Net metering allows customers to interconnect their electricity generation (solar, wind, etc) with PGE’s grid to help offset their own power usage.
Heather Beusse is a Project Finance Manager with enXco. The firm develops, constructs, operates and manages wind energy projects throughout the United States. Since 1987, enXco has grown to be the 4th largest owner of wind energy installations in the U.S.
Doug Boleyn, PE, is Commercial Solar Program Manager with the Energy Trust of Oregon. He has been involved professionally
with solar and renewable energy for the past 30 years, and provided solar consulting services for the past 10 years.
Robert Del Mar is a Senior Policy Analyst for solar technologies
in the Energy Policy Development Division of the Oregon Department of Energy, a position he has held since 2007. He worked as an engineer on solar energy projects for eight years.
William H. Holmes is a member of Stoel Rives LLP, and chair of the firm’s renewable energy initiative. He concentrates his practice in the area of energy law, with a special emphasis on wind, geothermal, biomass, tidal and ocean power, and other forms of renewable energy. He also has extensive experience with real estate law, water law, and general corporate transactions.
Neil Kimmelfield, a shareholder with Lane Powell PC, has 30 years of experience as a tax attorney. His practice emphasizes structuring corporate, partnership and real estate transactions, including structured tax financing of energy and community development projects using state and federal tax credits.
Jennifer H. Martin is a partner with Stoel Rives LLP, practicing in the Energy Group and Renewable Energy Initiative. Her practice focuses primarily on representing renewable energy developers in the negotiation of major power purchase agreements on both the “buy” and “sell” sides.
Jaimes Valdez is a Renewable Energy Specialist with the Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability. Over the last seven years, he has worked in the renewable energy industry developing
wind and solar energy solutions for businesses around the Northwest.
Erik Westerholm is a Project Specialist with the Northwest Energy Education Institute at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon.
