David C. Clarke, Program Co-Chair, a partner at Perkins Coie LLP. His practice focuses on startup and high growth companies, public companies, venture capital and private equity funds. He handles transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and angel financings, private equity investments, public equity and debt offerings, recapitalizations, restructurings, spin-offs and joint ventures.
Jeffrey S. Tarbell, Program Co-Chair, is a Director in the Financial Advisory Services practice of Houlihan Lokey. He has more than two decades of experience providing valuation and financial opinions to private and publicly traded companies. He is a member of the firm’s Technical Standards Committee and Head of the firm’s Estate and Gift Tax Valuation practice.
Asher B. Bearman is an attorney with DLA Piper US LLP. His practice focuses on financing and securities transactions for private corporations, limited liability companies, and venture capital and private equity funds.
Glenn S. Burroughs is Senior Vice President with Key Bank. He is responsible for all new asset based loan origination in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. He joined Key Bank’s Asset Based Lending Group in May 2011 after almost 10 years with PNC Business Credits, and six years with National Bank of Canada, acquired by PNC.
Stephan H. Coonrod is a partner at K&L Gates LLP. He has a domestic and international business practice centering on acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and other equity investments, and transborder transactions. In addition, he handles general corporate matters for the firm’s clients.
David T. Dandel joined Evergreen Pacific Partners (EPP) in 2010 as a Senior Vice President. Prior to EPP, he was the Managing Director of D.A. Davidson’s Seattle office where he advised on public and private sale, acquisition and recapitalization transactions for companies in a number of industry sectors.
Brian J. Eiting, a partner at Perkins Coie LLP in the firm’s Business practice, focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities regulation, and emerging companies.
Euan C. Menzies, Keynote Speaker, is president and chief executive officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Vertafore. Mr. Menzies joined Vertafore as president and chief operating officer in September 2000 and has been chief executive officer since May 2001.
David C. Misch is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Los Angeles office, where his primary responsibilities as part of the firm’s Financial Sponsors Coverage Group include providing investment banking, valuation and financial opinion services to private equity firms and professional investors.

Aaron S. Richmond joined Endeavor Capital Fund in 1996 and is a Managing Director. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the marine transportation, retail, food, distribution and business services industries. He currently serves on the boards of Columbus Foods, Little Red Services, National Frozen Foods, Nor-Cal Products, Inc., Northland Transportation Company, Tidewater Holdings and Vigor Industrial.
Joseph D. Weinstein is a partner in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, and is chair of both the firm’s executive committee and business transactions group. He represents companies in corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and other business transactions. He has substantial experience in the representation of family or closely held businesses, private equity funds and food-related industries.
Roger A. Wilkins is the Director of Tax Services for RSM McGladrey. He is experienced in federal income tax consulting, planning and compliance for middle to large sized businesses and individuals. He also has expertise in tax accounting issues, mergers and acquisitions, structuring, FAS 109 and FIN 48.
Steven R. Wilkins is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Endeavour Structured Equity and Mezzanine Fund (SEAM). Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President and Team Leader for GE Commercial Finance in the West Region and was responsible for the startup and development of GE’s corporate finance business in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain states.
Dana Williams is a managing director for RSM McGladrey with the national transaction support services practice. As the Transaction Support Serfices leader in California, Williams provides assistance to private equity groups, strategic buyers and clients with mergers and acquisitions, including buy and sell-side due diligence along with working capital assistance.
