Sheena R. Aebig is a partner with Williams Kastner PLLC and served as the chair of the firm’s Business Tax and Financial

with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)

under USERRA.
Cori E. Flanders-Palmer is an attorney with Chicoine & Hallett PS, where she focuses her practice in the area of federal
and state tax controversy. She was recently voted as a

Politics magazine and is an Adjunct Professor for the University
of Washington School of Law where she teaches Tax Crimes.
Samuel B. Franklin is a shareholder at Lee Smart PS, Inc. where he concentrates on insurance defense of legal malpractice

W. Gregory Guedel, a partner with Foster Pepper PLLC, practices complex construction, government contracting, and

Darrell D. Hallett is founder of Chicoine & Hallett PS. From

Peter D. Jewett, LG, LEG, principal and cofounder of Farallon Consulting, is an engineering geologist with over 20

Casey L. Jorgensen, a member with Williams Kastner PLLC, practices in the areas of real estate, business, tax and financial
services, intellectual property and technology, and Indian law
and gaming. His business and transactional practice concentrates
on commercial real estate transactions, commercial finance and
lending, corporate transactions and business formation,
protection and registration of trademarks, and sports law
Erin Joyce Letey, a principal with Riddell Williams PS, is a
member of the firm’s Corporate Transactions and Finance
practice group. She represents both companies and investors
in private and public offerings of securities; assisting public

Patrick J. Schneider is a partner at Foster Pepper PLLC. His
