Sheena R. Aebig is a partner with Williams Kastner PLLC and served as the chair of the firm’s Business Tax and Financial Services Practice Group from 1996-2000. Her practice focuses on insolvency issues and commercial litigation. She was chosen as a “Top Lawyer in Bankruptcy Law” for 2003, 2005 and 2007 by Seattle Magazine.

David M. Brenner, a principal with Riddell Williams PS, heads the firm’s Insurance Coverage and Nonprofit practice groups. He has litigated numerous complex suits in the areas of insurance, antitrust, securities and corporate law. He has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Washington Law & Politics and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

John Henry Browne, Law Offices of John Henry Browne PS, Inc., is a founding member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and practices criminal law, personal injury, drugs and narcotics, homicide, and sexual assault. He is a former professor and was listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

Keelin Curran is a member of Stoel Rives LLP with over 20 years experience advising private and public employers on a range of complex employment issues, such as ADA accommodation, FMLA compliance, EEO and OFCCP compliance, employment contracts, personnel policies, wage and hour issues, union strategy issues, non-competition agreements, internal investigations, terminations and reductions in force.

Grant S. Degginger is a shareholder at Lane Powell PC and Chair of their Construction Litigation Practice Group. He handles complex matters involving environmental damage, natural resource damage, health sciences research, public and private sector construction, municipal governance issues, litigation with Indian tribes and insurance coverage disputes.

Laura F. Einstein is the Legal Director for Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest of the Great Northwest. She serves as a volunteer mediator with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) to resolve claims of discrimination brought by service members under USERRA.

Cori E. Flanders-Palmer is an attorney with Chicoine & Hallett PS, where she focuses her practice in the area of federal and state tax controversy. She was recently voted as a “Washington Rising Star Super Lawyer” by Washington Law & Politics magazine and is an Adjunct Professor for the University of Washington School of Law where she teaches Tax Crimes.

Samuel B. Franklin is a shareholder at Lee Smart PS, Inc. where he concentrates on insurance defense of legal malpractice claims, commercial litigation, and defense of business torts including wrongful discharge, civil rights violations, and defamation. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and is AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.

W. Gregory Guedel is a partner with Foster Pepper PLLC. He serves as Chair of Foster Pepper’s Native American Legal Services Group, and his practice emphasizes complex construction, government contracting, and business law. His litigation work includes all aspects of pre-trial, trial, and appellate case management in state, federal, and Tribal courts.

Darrell D. Hallett is founder of Chicoine & Hallett PS. From 1980 to 1983, Mr. Hallett was a Special Trial Judge with the United States Tax Court, where he heard and decided more than 350 tax cases involving all areas of tax law.

Peter D. Jewett, LG, LEG, principal and cofounder of Farallon Consulting, is an Engineering Geologist with over 26 years experience in environmental investigation, site remediation, and environmental compliance audits. He has extensive experience in providing technical support and management for identification and remediation of hazardous wastes.

Casey L. Jorgensen is a member with Williams Kastner PLLC. His business and transactional practice concentrates on all types of commercial real estate transactions, commercial finance and lending, corporate transactions and business formation, protection and registration of trademarks, as well as sports law.

Erin Joyce Letey, a principal with Riddell Williams PS, is a member of the firm’s Corporate Transactions and Finance practice group. She advises business owners and senior executives on major corporate events, from business formation through sale.

David L. Martin, a senior partner with Lee Smart PS, Inc., concentrates his practice in the defense of tort claims, with emphasis on professional liability, including medical malpractice and legal malpractice defense, as well as product liability claims. He has been in practice for 32 years, has received an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers of America since its inception.

John C. “Jack” McCullough is an attorney with McCullough Hill, PS where his practice concentrates on land use and real estate financing and development. His land use experience includes areas such as Growth Management Act compliance, zoning, shoreline regulations, environmental compliance and wetland regulation.

Jacob H. Menashe of Hickman Menashe PS, emphasizes estate planning, long-term care planning, special needs trusts, guardianship and probate. He is the immediate Past Chair of the Elder Law Section, Washington State Bar Association and regularly speaks on topics such as Medicaid Planning, Special Needs Trusts, and Durable Powers of Attorney.

Marshall J. Nelson is a partner with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. He has nearly 30 years experience representing national and regional media and other businesses in copyright, trademark, advertising, licensing, local regulatory and media law issues, with emphasis on transactions and strategic planning.

Leland G. Ripley, Law Office of Leland G. Ripley, practices all aspects of legal ethics and professional responsibility, including disciplinary and malpractice defense and expert testimony. He was previously Chief Disciplinary Counsel for the Washington State Bar Association and served on the Task Force which rewrote the Washington lawyer discipline procedural rules.

George C. Rondeau, Jr. is a partner with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. His experience includes electrical, computer hardware and software, mechanical patent matters, trademark matters, intellectual property dispute resolution and enforcement.

Patrick J. Schneider is a partner at Foster Pepper PLLC. His areas of expertise include SEPA, shoreline permitting, historic preservation, the Growth Management Act, subdivisions, franchise fees, and inverse condemnation. He has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Washington Law & Politics the past eight years.
