Greg D. Corbin, Program Co-Chair, is Chair of the Stoel Rives Forest Products Industry Practice Initiative and a member of the firm’s Resources, Development and Environment practice group. He represents forest products companies, trade associations, and landowners on regulatory and transactional matters

David E. Filippi, Program Co-Chair, is a partner with Stoel Rives LLP where he practices natural resources, environmental and land use law while concentrating on water rights and quality.

Richard M. Glick, Program Chair, is a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP where he practices in water, environmental and energy law. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

Brenda O. Bateman, PhD is the Senior Policy Coordinator for the Oregon Water Resources Department. She serves as the Department’s liaison to the media, the Oregon legislature, and the Water Resources Commission.

John DeVoe is the Executive Director of WaterWatch of Oregon, a nonprofit river conservation organization. He develops strategy and tactics for all aspects of WaterWatch’s programs.

Sen. Jacqueline Dingfelder serves as the State Senator from District 23 in Portland. She is serving her tenth year in the legislature and chairs the Senator Environment and Natural Resources Committee.

William M. Ganong, Office of William M. Ganong, is an attorney in private practice emphasizing public entity law, water law, land use and real estate. He serves as general counsel for the Klamath Irrigation District.

Janet Gillaspie is the Executive Director of the Oregon Association of Clean Water Agencies (ACWA). She has over 30 years of experience in air and water quality regulations, and waste management requirements.

Patrick Griffiths is the Water Resources Coordinator for the City of Bend where he works on the conservation programs, water rights, water mitigation and the water banking programs.

Robert J. Hamilton, PE, is an Activity Manager with the Bureau of Reclamation in Boise, Idaho. He has over 30 years of experience in water resources related planning.

Robert G. Hunter is a senior staff attorney for WaterWatch of Oregon. He has been actively involved in the removal of the Savage Rapids Dam and represents WaterWatch in negotiations over water use in the Klamath Basin.

Judy Johndohl is the Water Quality Program Manager at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Water Quality Division.

Julie A. Keil, Portland General Electric, is the company’s Director of the Hydro Licensing & Water Rights Department, responsible for issues surrounding the relicensing of PGE’s five FERC licensed projects.

Nanci Klinger is a Deputy Attorney for the City of Portland specializing in environmental law. Previously, she was with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP.

Michael Lopez is a staff attorney with the Nez Perce Tribe’s Office of Legal Counsel, whose mission is to protect and advance Nez Perce Tribal sovereignty and treaty rights. He represents the Nez Perce Tribe in matters relating to natural resources and environmental law, and Indian law.

Douglas W. MacDougal is a partner at Marten Law PLLC. He has over 30 years of water-related experience representing clients in water rights, permitting and regulatory matters, and natural resources policy issues.

Ralph Myers is Water Quality Program Supervisor for the Idaho Power Company working on water quality and endangered species issues.

Janet Neuman, Keynote Speaker, a leading expert in water law, is a Professor of Law at Lewis & Clark Law School where she teaches Water Law and co-directs the law school’s Natural Resources Law Institute.

Dorothy Pedersen is the Transfer Program Advisor for the Oregon Water Resources Department (OWRD), where she trains, guides and reviews the work of Department staff.

Steven L. Shropshire is the managing shareholder at Jordan Schrader Ramis PC in Lake Oswego, Oregon. He concentrates his practice on water and natural resources law. He is a member of the boards of The Freshwater Trust and the Oregon Water Resources Congress.

Tino Tafoya is the Assistant to the Regional Director of the Pacific Northwest Region of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation.

Bradley F. Tellam is a partner at Stoel Rives LLP practicing primarily in the areas of employment law, complex litigation and appeals. In addition, he devotes significant time to legal ethics and professional responsibility issues and is among the preeminent legal ethics advisors in Oregon.

Marc Thalacker is the District Manager for the Three Sisters Irrigation District.

Phillip C. Ward was appointed as Director of the Oregon Water Resources Department in June of 2004. He brings to that role over 25 years of experience in natural resources management in Oregon.

Anita Winkler has been the Executive Director of the Oregon Water Resources Congress since 2001. OWRC represents irrigation districts in water rights, water management and clean water issues.
