Timothy J. O’Connell, Program Co-Chair, is a principal at Stoel Rives LLP in the areas of labor and employment law and telecommunications law. He is listed in America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and in The Best Lawyers in America.

Rob Porcarelli, Program Co-Chair, is Director of Corporate Counsel for Starbucks Corporation. Prior to joining Starbucks in 2005, he was a partner with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP for eight years, and prior to that, he served as a Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney in Norfolk, Virginia.

Stephanie R. Alexander, a principal and founder of Michael & Alexander PLLC, counsels employers on personnel issues, compliance with state and federal employment law and defends employers against harassment, discrimination and related claims.

Robert A. Blackstone is a partner with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. He counsels clients on labor relations planning, executive employment and separation agreements, non-competition and trade secrets and issues regarding technology in the workplace.

Elena C. Burt practices in Stoel Rives LLP’s Labor and Employment Group. She defends employers regarding sexual harassment, employment contracts, race, age, sex and disability discrimination. He is an experienced arbitrator and mediator.

James M.
