Construction Defects:

Overview

With the boom in new construction over the last decade, new condominiums, high rises and shopping malls have transformed the landscape. But along with new construction there are often construction defects. If you or your clients have been involved in construction, you have probably also dealt with construction defects litigation — so this is the seminar for you!

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear experts in the field provide the perspective of the contractor, the owner and the arbitrator/mediator.
