“The regulation of wetlands and other aquatic resources under a wide range of federal, state and local regulatory programs continues to pose challenges for proponents of private development and public works projects, as well as for conservation stakeholders. Understanding the evolving direction of state and federal programs addressing in-water activities in rivers and streams, endangered species/habitat, natural resource damages under Superfund, and water quality, as well as wetland impacts, is essential to the successful completion of the permit process.
This seminar will inform attorneys, developers, regulatory staff and project managers in the public and private sectors of new directions in key regulatory programs in Oregon administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NOAA, DSL, DEQ and other regulatory agencies and provide the practitioner with the tools essential to a successful permit review.”
