David C. Clarke, Program Co-Chair, a partner at Perkins Coie LLP, focuses on the representation of startup and high growth companies, public companies, venture capital funds and private equity funds. He has handled numerous transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and angel financings, private equity investments, public equity and debt offerings, recapitalizations, restructurings, spin-offs and joint ventures.

Jeffrey S. Tarbell, ASA, CFA Program Co-Chair, is a Director of Houlihan Lokey. As a member of the firm’s Financial Advisory Services business, his responsibilities include providing valuations, fairness opinions and expert witness testimony. He has nearly two decades of experience providing transaction-related financial opinions and advisory.

Bill Bruders, Keynote Speaker, CEO of Legend Brands, joined Dri-Eaz Products, Inc., its flagship operation, 11 years ago, after more than ten years of industry-related experience in equipment, manufacturing, distribution, and construction. He became General Manager of Dri-Eaz Products, Inc. in 2003 and was named President the following year.

Glenn S. Burroughs joined PNC Business Credit in 2002 with the acquisition of National Bank of Canada. As Senior Vice President, he is responsible for all new loan origination across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. His 27-year career has encompassed a specialization in middle market commercial lending and corporate lending.

Stephan H. Coonrod, a partner at K&L Gates LLP, has a domestic and international business practice centering on acquisitions, venture capital and other equity investments, transborder transactions, trade issues and technology transfers. He also handles general corporate matters for K&L Gate’s clients.

David T. Dandel joined Evergreen Pacific Partners in 2010 as a Senior Vice President. Prior to EPP, Dave was the Managing Di¬rector of D.A. Davidson’s Seattle office where he advised on public and private sale, acquisition and recapitalization transactions for companies in a number of industry sectors.

Dave DiFranco is a Principal of Blue Point Capital Partners, founded a start-up company that worked with Carey International, the world's largest limousine company, to consolidate the aircraft charter industry. He spent several years in middle market corporate banking at Bank One and investment banking at McDonald Investments and Salomon Smith Barney.

Peter Fishman is a Director in the San Francisco office of Houlihan Lokey. As a member of the Financial Restructuring practice, he leads the firm’s Restructuring and Distressed Company M&A practice. He brings to the firm a unique, extensive background in business, finance and law.

Troy J. Hickman, a partner with Perkins Coie LLP, focuses on general business transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, business formations, financings, reorganizations and liquidations. He also assists privately held clients with contract and corporate governance issues.

Ian Jacobson, a co-founder and Vice President with Winona Capital Management, brings a strong background in transaction oriented corporate finance and portfolio management. Prior to co-founding Winona Capital, he was an Associate at Laird Norton Company in Seattle.

Michael T. Newsome is a middle-market financing specialist with Zachary Scott. He focuses on assisting clients in arranging capital from bank, institutional and mezzanine lenders, and equity investors. He has also been involved in managing and negotiating financial restructuring and acquisition advisory assignments.

Alan D. Smith, a partner with Perkins Coie LLP in the firm’s Business practice, has more than 25 years experience in commercial and finance transactions, bankruptcy, insolvency, and reorganization. He works with numerous companies and private equity funds on financing and transactional matters.

Bradaigh O.F. Wagner is a Principal at Endeavour Capital LLC a regional private equity firm currently investing its fifth equity fund and first mezzanine debt fund. Her primary responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing and executing investments in companies throughout the region.

Joseph D. Weinstein is a partner in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. His areas of practice include admiralty & maritime, aircraft industry, business transactions, finance and commercial law, financial services, international law, mergers & acquisitions, securities, and Food & Agriculture.

Steven R. Yentzer is a partner at DLA Piper, where his practice focuses on corporate finance, tax and investment entities. He has been involved in the formation of venture capital, buy-out and other private equity funds, and real estate investment partnerships. His experience also includes real debt restructurings and mergers and acquisitions.
