Arnold L. Gray, Program Co-Chair, is a member of Stewart Sokol & Gray LLC. His practice focuses on construction and design industry matters, commercial law and commercial litigation. He also regularly serves as an arbitrator or mediator.

Guy A. Randles, Program Co-Chair, is the Chair of Stoel Rives LLP’s Construction and Design section. With extensive contract negotiation, claims, litigation, and mediation experience, he concentrates his practice principally on construction, contract and public procurement matters.

Dean E. Aldrich is the founder of The Aldrich Law Office PC, where he focuses his practice on construction law and complex litigation. He has been involved in some of the largest construction defect cases in Oregon.

David F. Bartz, Jr. is a shareholder at Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt PC. He practices in the Construction and Environmental Law Groups, with an emphasis on environmental permitting and litigation and construction disputes.

David H. Bowser is a partner with Yazbeck Cloran & Bowser PC. His practice focuses on construction, general litigation, public contracts, and administrative law.

Robert L. Carlton is a partner at Sussman Shank LLP where he concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and business litigation. He has served as a special prosecutor.

D. Gary Christensen, a partner at Miller Nash LLP, has practiced law since 1988 and is a member of the firm’s Construction Law practice team. His practice focuses on construction law and commercial litigation. He regularly prepares design, construction, and construction management contracts, in addition to handling major construction defect and payment disputes.

Michael E. Farnell, a founding partner of Parsons Farnell & Grein LLP, serves his clients in the areas of insurance coverage, appellate law, and commercial litigation.

J. Daniel Gragg, a partner with Seifer Yeats Zwierzynski & Gragg LLP, has extensive experience in complex construction disputes, bid protests, contract negotiations, liens and bonds and contractor-surety related matters.

John J. Hickey, PE, is a member of the Dirt Law Practice Group at Jordan Schrader Ramis PC where he focuses on construction law, design professional liability, and litigation. His engineering experience includes site layout, drainage system design, pump station design, and a project engineer for residential, commercial, and public works construction projects.

Martha Hodgkinson is the principal of Hodgkinson Street LLC. Her practice emphasizes all aspects of civil litigation and trial practice, with emphasis in real estate and construction litigation.

Stephen P. Kelly practices in the Construction and Design Section of Stoel Rives LLP. He has represented numerous owners, contractors and design professionals in drafting and negotiating contracts, regulatory compliance, disputes and lien claims.

Alan L. Mitchell, Mitchell Law Office, LLC, is an attorney licensed in both Oregon and Washington. His practice focuses on small business and construction matters of all types.

Paul Neese is an attorney in the Client Assistance Office of the Oregon State Bar Association, where he analyzes inquiries about attorney conduct and responds to ethics questions and issues.

William Nessly is Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Business Transactions Section of the Oregon Department of Justice, General Council Division.

Angela M. Otto, a member at Stewart Sokol & Gray LLC, focuses on the construction industry, representing general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, developers and design professionals.

Hon. Lyle Velure is with United States Arbitration & Mediation of Oregon (USA&M). He was previously a Circuit Court Judge for Lane County, Oregon for 13 years, and prior to that, was in private law practice in Medford and Eugene for 27 years.

James A. Zehren is an attorney with Stoel Rives LLP. His practice is concentrated in construction and design law including business transactions, preventive law and dispute resolution. He emphasizes preparation and negotiation of contract documents; licensing, registration and code compliance issues.
