General InformationListed below are the policies and procedures followed by The Seminar Group. If you have any questions regarding this information please call our office.
The Seminar Group Staff
You can register for any of our upcoming seminars by one of the following methods:
Single Registration 2 or more (each) Government Employee New Associate / Paralegal Student Course Materials Homestudy Materials
We will refund your tuition, less a $50 cancellation charge, if we receive your cancellation 6 days prior to the start of the seminar. If we do not receive your cancellation by the deadline we will not refund your tuition, and you will continue to be billed if you have not yet paid. You may at any time:
The live webcast allows you to view the seminar as it is happening over the web. You can type in questions to ask the presenters. In most cases, live credits are available for viewing the live webcast (see the credit section of the seminar page for more information). For more information on the live webcast click here.
On Demand allows you to view the seminar at your convienience. You may view either the entire seminar or just the sections you want. For more information on the On Demand seminars click here.
Upon ordering a homestudy you shall receive a full DVD or Audio CD of all seminar sessions and a printed copy of all course materials. Homestudy packages may be available for continuing education credits. Check the credits section on the seminar page or call our office for more information.You will receive your homestudy package via the U.S. Postal Service approximately two weeks after your order has been placed and paid for. If pre-ordering a homestudy package for one of our upcoming seminars, your homestudy will be shipped approximately two weeks after the seminar takes place.
The course materials include a complete set of all written materials provided at the conference. The materials are prepared by the speakers especially for this conference, which will be invaluable as a reference tool. The course materials is available for purchase in two different formats:
A printed copy of all written materials in a printed 3-ring binder.
A downloadable PDF of all written materials.

The Seminar Group approves all its programs for MCLE credits in the state it is taking place. Other continuing education credits may be available depending on the seminar. If the seminar you plan to attend has not been approved for the credits you need, call our office and we will look into it for you. In order to receive your continuing education credits, please fill out all information at the seminar on the sign-in sheet that is required for your profession.
